Name: Benny Razali
Benny Razali writes articles on job-searching and gives career advice – formally and informally – because she understands the hardship of looking for a job, especially for fresh graduates and job seekers with gaps in their experience. It’s a ‘been there, done that’ kind of wisdom. She often looks back at her old résumés and wonders about where she did wrong and where she had it right in her previous job interviews that resulted in her being rejected or hired. It must have been nice if she had a guide when she was starting her career journey years ago, so now it is her aim to become just what she needed for someone else. Currently a content writer for gradmalaysia, she’s now doing just the thing she wants – helping fresh graduates putting their first step in the door towards their chosen careers.
